This kits includes a tuning Cable (Capable of buds), 1 seadoo vin license for a RXPX 300.
With this kit, you will experience the following:

Moderate changes to touring mode
Drastic changes to sport mode
Higher RPM limit
No additional license fee is required if you decide to upgrade the same machine with an intake, supercharger mods, etc.
